Surf Charter Rules & Regulations and Recommended No. of Surfers
Duration (Full Charter 8 hr)

Booking terms (Please read carefully)

We reserve the right to change or cancel the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances,
such as damaged or malfunctioning equipment, weather or unsafe water routes. If your trip is
canceled, an alternate date will be provided or you will receive a full refund.

1. The specific play time of the day will be finalized according to the time of the Wakesurf Bros
club. If the selected session or time has been booked by other customers, another time will be
selected.
2. Anyone aged 8 to 55 is eligible to register. Anyone who is healthy and not afraid of water can
sign up for wake surfing.
3. Boat-sharers can bring at most 1 person on board (not allowed to participate in wake surfing
activities), and an additional charge of 500 Thai Baht per person will be incurred. If the number of
people is full extra companions are not allowed. As this event is an outdoor water sport, the club
reserves the right to adjust or cancel the event at any time according to the weather conditions,
sea conditions and boat conditions. If there happens to be any inconvenience, we request for your
understanding. Please do not carry any unnecessary belongings or valuables on the journey, the
company will not be responsible for any loss or damage. Please note that pets are not allowed.

Itinerary & Time Schedule

Morning session: 9a.m. – 12p.m.
Afternoon session: 1p.m. – 5.30p.m.

9a.m. / 1p.m. Added: arrival at WAKESURF CLUB (30-45 minutes earlier)
1. Beverages and light refreshments will be given upon arrival
2. Wake surfing instructor will brief on safety precautions
3. Preparations to departure and appropriate attire changing will be done

10a.m. / 2p.m.
1. Boarding and departure to the designated sea area (estimated 10-15 minutes)
2. Wake surfing activity starts (done by turns, each turn 15 minutes)

12p.m. / 4p.m. End of session
1. Return back to the club to rinse off and enjoy refreshments
2. Chauffeur will take you back to your respective hotels
3. Total time spent after your arrival at the club is approximately 4 hours (for your
reference)

Maximum capacity – Responsibility for Children – Health of the Charter’s
Party:

Responsibilities for Children – Health Precautions for wake surfers:
1. The charterer is not allowed to bring more than the maximum number of guests to cruise
on board at any time during the charter period, plus the number of visitors permitted, where
it is safe to do so, with the approval of the captain at the sole discretion of the captain.
2. If children are brought on board, the charterer is solely responsible for the children’s
actions or entertainment.
3. The charterer understands and acknowledges that the nature of the charter may not be
suitable for anyone with a physical disability or who has to undergo and/or have received
medical treatment. By entering into this agreement, the charterer assures for himself and
all his colleagues and/or guests that all participants on the voyage contemplated by this
agreement are of adequate health. The charterer and all colleagues and/or guests are
solely responsible for procuring and committing to obtain all necessary vaccinations and
visas for the countries visited during the voyage.
4. We are to provide life jackets but swimming is not allowed and the lessee is at his own
risk. We will not be responsible for any incidents that may occur without wearing the
provided life jackets.

Separate surfing: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
The commission will be 15% after deducting the 7% VAT from ______________________charter
fee (the agency commission is only calculated based on the charter price, the extra option does
not charge commission)
