Payment:
- PayPal: Payment can be made using PayPal or credit card. Funds must be cleared and showing in our account. Before the day of the tour
- Bank transfer: Funds can be transferred to our bank account but they must be cleared funds by the time of the tour. Please allow up to 5 working days from foreign banks and you must meet any charges made by the banks. We recommend Wise once set up foreign payments can be done within minutes https://wise.com/invite/u/carls96
- Hotel meet. If you are already in Phuket and want to book a tour we can come to your hotel to take payment in the following areas Patong, Karon, Kata. We do however need at least 24 hours’ notice full payment will be required. Cancellation terms still apply.
- Pay deposit. You can pay a deposit minimum is 1000 baht remainder to be paid on tour. Failure to show up for tour will forfeit payment and we will request full amount on the booking. Tours are booked and paid for by us up front and no refunds given
- Some areas require extra payment for pick up these can be found in the itinerary on the web site. Payment for this can be made to the driver on the day or contact us for more options to pay this
Cancellation:
- If for some reason you find you need to cancel please contact us as soon as possible.
- 7 days’ notice full refund
- Within 7 days 50 percent refund
- Within 2 days 20 percent refund
- Day of tour no refund
- Deposits to secure places on certain tours such as Jet Skis are none refundable, please check before booking.
- Cancellation due to sickness we can sometimes change the date please advise us, as soon as you become ill, there may be a small charge for changing days to cover drivers expense.
- Refunds will be made directly through your method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for this to be cleared on credit cards.
- Refunds to PayPal accounts will be minus PayPal fees has of 2021 PayPal now keep any fees
Cancellations by us:
- If there is bad weather or something happens out of our control and the tour needs to be cancelled we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be offered full refund or an alternative day.
Office Hours:
- The office is open 8am to 9pm
- Tours can be booked on-line 24 hours a day but for next day bookings you should book before 9pm, if you’re booking after this time please contact us to confirm.
